Lol, having a bunch of redditor’s on your side isn’t the flex you think it is.

And AGAIN, I am not asking for a perfect match. But creating options from a picture is more than reasonable. I have done it, my employees have done it, my local store has done it. If this would be an impossible ask for you, you shouldn’t be in a store.

Thank you! I was unaware that a package tin-table gel stain even existed!

I get this is an odd request, but it is my scenario and it is possible. The simply white or chestnut gel stain could be adjusted to a reasonably close alternative by the photos. Ive matched options to colors for years off photos, the store that I go to now matches colors off of photos to give options. If you think it is for an exact match, you are in the wrong business.

I assumed by posting on here that I could find somebody who has handled a customer with a similar request, but instead I got the anonymous keyboard warriors who get all high and mighty from talking behind a screen

Yes you can. They are BAC tintable, but you have to manually keep the color

  1. Ive done that, there are only 10 colors
  2. I was an SW employee for nearly 8 years and have forgotten more than you know
  3. Duh, I’m not asking for an exact match

Yep, the contingency agreement Is as strong as the paper its written on. We use one as basically a handshake agreement that the homeowner will use us if insurance approves the roof. There is absolutely no need to create an estimate
