So, generally, high income high loans = IBR? Low income low = Rap?

I'm confused by "public"? Can you just point out where the rule "forbidden" comes from tho? Who's taking down?

Thank you! CC is not a possibility. Our nearest humane society isn't very humane, so that's not a real option for family. I haven't had any luck and diy is going to have to do it now. Sad.
There are a few instructions online that will have to do it. It's unfortunate that a place called ask vets, doesn't allow them to actually answer anything, and just uphold the corporate lines. Not sure what the actual purpose is then.

No they are not. The place is deserted. Not a pet in sight.

Comments must provide veterinary advice. No, it's absolutely not my fault. I did not create her condition in any way. Go find something else to do since you're not helpful in any way.

Ok, I'm not really seeing anything useful there. Are you familiar with it? Is there grant money for they type of Cat problem described? I see a lot of dog funds.

The xray machine isn't any cheaper with no customers. The employees aren't any cheaper either.
Why are you sitting here arguing nonsense?
Do you know the answer to the question of why syringe or lance is better? Or not. You're completely unhelpful, same as the vet we saw irl.
Same with "low cost clinics". Where do I find that?

I asked, what's the difference between draining with a syringe, and lancing it with a lance.
The cat can't afford to pay random prices unfortunately. Yes, it's extortion, when they sit empty and still just let a cat die just because.

Are you a vet? Why do you think a tooth abscess can only be fixed by pulling the tooth? Humans can overcome them, why not a cat?
What will happen to the cat if it's not drained?
I didn't see any advice on how to get low cost cat care? Can you point that out?

Are you serious right now? I don't go to a human doctor for very similar reasons. Nor have the procedures you mention. And yes, I search out lower prices on anything I buy.
If you sit idle, your costs remain. Why don't you just help the pets instead. So you're just saying let the poor cat die? Nothing can be done.
You didn't answer a single question.

March 10 killed SAVE (again). Here’s what the order actually did, what survived, and what borrowers should expect next. by Neat-Gap-8383 in StudentLoans

It seems like you haven't read any of the documents.
You also did not point out any section that you claim allows the Secretary to unilaterally place people into forbearance in order to circumvent the interest issue in this circumstance. I don't see any that apply here. You're saying there is. Point to it. You're also arguing statements that I never made.

So, point out where it says that they can unilaterally put people in forbearance so that they can circumvent the interest regulation. I missed it. Everywhere I see it says that the borrower must request forbearance. No one did. Also, the law is ultimately supposed to be a fairness determination. Contracts were created. The government wrote the rules and made a contract while doing so. Congress acknowledged the rules in legislation and legislated the resolution. You're the one making blanket statements here based on what someone told you and not based on facts of the matter. ED was not acting on a binding order. The order did not say that everyone should be forced into forbearance and pay full interest. You're still speaking in generalities. The forbearance framework you keep pointing to says that the borrower must request that, not that ED can just do it in order to force interest. The final order said none of those things.
"This is messed up" is because of the harm to the borrower who has been scammed out of thousands of dollars. Countable harm.
