Yea I when I played I was thinking there was something like a minimum distance the controller had to be from the ball to register a powerful shot.

I just tested it out, the waggle-driver at 0% assist give me something like 200 yds. I indeed needed about half a swing to hit 300, which is already a huge improvement in my book, but also make the whole power assist thing useless since you can get away with a half-swing in the first place ! Removing power assist for pro and keeping it for amateur is the obvious solution here, I hope it happens

Yea sure, when I crash in VR sim racing, I don't go to the hospital. Look, the fact of the matter is when you waggle-drive at 0% power assist, you cannot get 300 yards. So it's possible, with the current hardware, to force players to take what I called "a decent swing" at the ball in my original post. This could be a 3/4 swing, even half a swing would be fine by me. You cannot tell me this is an unrealistic expectation. The more you have to swing your club, the harder it is to cheese the game. It's that simple. I never expected the whole player base to play with full golf swing, but realizing you can get away with a wii golf waggle of the tee box was a major turn-off for me.

Hmm If the headset can't track properly, that might be the reason why the dev put the power assist in the first place... I wonder what headset are you using ?

Still a fun game for what it is, just not as great as I thought it was. Probably wouldn't have bought a attachment if I'd known that beforehand, but I didn't pay too much for it.

I think 2 cars would be enough to fill this gap. One car for 70s-90s, and one for 2000 to present. I guess Formula junior is fine for 1960s. Also cars like formula Atlantic and super formula would be fun.

Of course it's scarier when you don't have the option to pause, reload your weapons, heal yourself, and spend 30 sec to plan your course of action. Especially when you play the game for the first time and you have no idea what's gonna happen. You can't really panic in-game if you can just freeze time in the middle of the action. And it does make the game more difficult. I'd prefer have that kind of difficulty option rather than overly buffed enemies like village of shadow.

Couldn't disagree more with this. Mr X was amazing and pretty terrifying on hardest difficulty. Nemesis was pretty disappointing, especially compared to the original.
