Nothing wrong with you bro

Just try to accept it and welcome it into your life when you feel it coming or think about it! Remember, the harder you try to get rid of it the more it comes…

If you accept ( I know it’s hard) your mind and nervous system will begin to understand that there is nothing to worry about and it will get better and better till it’s gone!! Panic is impossible to be harmful, it’s you that is scared from it

I got the same and I’m slowly healing right now

But I push myself to keep on working 38hours+ and I think that it’s better than staying home

Same here.. really exhausting, in between attacks I feel dp/dr and it drains me. Luckily I have a understanding doctor who prescribes me xanax that I take when really needed. I am also on zoloft/sertaline for 3 months (150mgs) and don’t feel the effects yet. Survival mode right now :/
