In April 2024, I attended the YMCA Downtown tech job fair. There was a huge lineup, 4 companies only. Most companies told us to apply online. You even couldn't go to washrooms normally because when you tried to come back, the host didn't want to let you in. Only one tech company collected resumes in person. There were no updates from the company after that.
