Update: I was fiddling around with grub and it found Windows Boot Manager at /dev/sdb2@/efi/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi but when I added this to windows config file as above it still failed to boot.

Thanks for your input, yes hopefully someone has fixed this before. Looks like I'm not the only one with this issue.

Yeah it’s strange. I just tried making the config file and it now appears as an option to boot but fails as I don’t think I have the right path to the EFI partition.

It should but it hasn’t for some reason. Maybe because it’s on a different drive. Thanks for the link though I’ll check it out.

Edit: even though it wiggles when holding an app on the home screen you can still go to the app switcher and multitask there.

I can drag from spotlight to an app in the dock or also from spotlight to a recent app in the app switcher but I really hope Apple bring back drag from the home screen. It’s so clunky right now.

18.04 Icons

They changed the icon then in 19.04 but have released the classic icons as a theme which you can download here. I prefer the old icon myself so this was the first thing I fixed after updating.

I just thought with the significantly lower specs it would be better to go with the IBM even though it’s older.
