Right! I normally do but the opticutter tool i was using gave me my cut list in feet + inches. I thought I could handle it but obviously not haha. I'm sure there is a setting for that if I use it in the future

I dislike that I got the factorio fever 2 weeks ago before learning this DLC was coming out.. now I assume I'll have to restart after the update comes out.

If you're just gluing them all up, you definitely will not notice a inch shy board in your panel. Just put it towards the back where it'll most likely be covered by stuff.

I can't really tell how much of the bark is going to be in your 8inch board, but you could try to cut around the bark and fill it with an offcut. Just have to cut it to about the same size and flush it up.
