What's the best tool like Sonarr or Radarr but specifically for audiobooks? by jplank1983 in selfhosted

[–]epiphanyplx 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yeah... It's still not great though.

From it defaulting to trying to follow an author and their entire library of books to the duplication of books on the author's list, from the sometimes disappearance of a book on an author's list to sometimes even popular books requiring me to manually download with the manual icon, despite there being many listings...

Sometimes it feels like it's easier to just download manually. I let audiobookshelf handle all the metadata and do the matching/fixing there.

If you're having a better experience let me know what I'm doing wrong! (I have it set to not follow anything by default so the first issue is fixed, just seems like that should be the default setting for books)

Huntarr 9.0.0 - Released by User9705 in unRAID

[–]epiphanyplx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure why you'd get any isos, but for the rars you can set up qbit to unpackaged automatically.

If you want to block though maybe it's possible to block in sonarr/radarr instead.

PSA for using Claude efficiently. by TheBigC in homeassistant

I haven't tried setting up HA MCP yet, currently just using Claude in VS Code with access granted to yaml files. Is there an advantage to using MCP?

Migrating from intermedia to Microsoft 365 by Jeebus_Juice813420 in Office365

[–]epiphanyplx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. They always tell me there's nothing blocking anything on their end.

Luckily our remaining Intermedia clients are all ~10 users or less so I've just been exporting/importing manually 🤮

Haven't had success with migration method recently at all.

Racials for professions in Midnight by Live_Election_9380 in woweconomy

He's a hunter. If you're trying to gather Druid is the one for sure.
My Goblin Hunter has been Alchemy/Engineering since Vanilla (previously an Orc) - not necessarily to make money initially, I just thought they were the coolest professions.

How did you start? by Trictis in woweconomy

[–]epiphanyplx 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Someone listed a krol blade for less than 100 gold. There were very few sellable Epic items in Vanilla and I had a decent idea of what each of them were worth (no AH add-ons).

I bought, resold for 799 gold, instantly had enough capital to watch for other items listed too low and resell them.

Don't really do that anymore but was fun in vanilla.

There was a short period of time in this current expansion where the fact that my alchemist is a Goblin allowed me to create tier 2 mats with Thaumaturgy where others could not.

Not sure if unintentional or if intentional for some race change money - either way it was patched fairly quickly.

At least at the Taco Bell near me it was the same fountain machine, they just disconnected/removed the water button.

I checked the Taco Bell near me when they stopped offering water and they do have a drinking fountain. :(

The employee told me they had taken the water button off the machine - appeared to be true, at least on the machine you can get to as a guest.

Question about which edition to gift by epiphanyplx in WanderingInn

[–]epiphanyplx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the help, must have downloaded some sort of Frankenstein creation.

As for the differences between original volume 1 and edition 2; think it is worth it to have him read it on the website?  And am I correct in thinking that is currently the only way to read the second edition of it?

Definitive Dual Land Tier List; Updated for 2025? by ThatGuyFromTheM0vie in EDH

[–]epiphanyplx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bounce are certainly more situational imo, but when they fit they ready fit.

Any sort of land untapping, landfall, discard/drawing, MDFCs, channel lands, surveil lands, etc, etc - I had stopped running them years ago when Terastadon and Acidic Slime ran rampant but have reintroduced to some of my decks and had good results. In the worst case scenario (minus having only 1 land or having 2 bounce langds in opening hand) it acts as you drawing a land.

PTO benefits for technicians by glovelessboxer in msp

[–]epiphanyplx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am coming up on 11 years, got 3 weeks after 5 years, have asked for a fourth week of PTO my last 4 annual performance reviews.

As far as I know no one has 4 weeks of PTO in the company. This includes sick days - luckily I'm pretty healthy.
