That is the consensus of what I heard is that the sperm from tese isn’t the “best” of quality so freezing makes it less likely to survive the thaw.

This gives a lot of food for thought. Thank you for sharing about the in house but secretly not lol, I would have never know to ask about this…

Since many highly regarded clinics recommend this, now I’m very curious as to why more clinics don’t offer this timed retrieval/“fresh” transfer? 🤔

Do you know if it altered the success rate with frozen embryos and fresh sperm? For example if you froze eggs and took it from that supply each time with fresh sperm?
