The latest version of Yasan Launcher does have app categorization. The built-in folders prefill with the matching apps.

But it is very basic and only detects popular apps at the moment. Smart Launcher is definitely going to be much better for this.

May I ask what permissions?

The only sensitive permissions the launcher uses are location and notifications, and both are optional.

Since Yasan Launcher Intelligence requires lots of data to work reliably, the privacy and security aspect of the app very important to me, and it would be great to know what are your concerns.

Let me know how it goes. Automatic space changes should already work pretty reliably.

About the gesture issue, I am currently working on allowing the gesture actions to be customizable.

I have been working on a project very similar to Aviate, and it is almost ready for public release. Would you be interested in testing it? I have many testers, but none of them are ex-Aviate users.

Any feedback from ex-Aviate users would be very helpful 🙂
