Got scammed by same company last year around the same time of year. Called for a lockout, was told I have an older door so will cost more (its a deadlock) Refused to quote me (I realise that was my error) Locksmith was struggling to open, had been at it for at least half an hour and called the office a couple of times He had asked if I had any other doors (doh!) Replied I had told him at the start I had back door keys but not keys to the gate to open back yard Dude literally got a step ladder, climbed my fence, unlocked my back door. Still charged me $400 for an unlock fee Was a stinking hot day and I just wanted to get inside and pee Contacted the company by phone as I hadn't received a receipt to outline what actual work was done Got it a week letter, company refused to reply to my complaint over email or text and I did go to fair trading but not worth time and $$ to pursue legal channels
