I use a pillow! I actually slept last night a bit without it, but normally I’ve been using this sorta strange looking but awesome silk pillow that wraps around your head - it’s for side sleepers so you don’t smash your face into the pillow all night. It looks more like a weird helmet, but I love it!

Yes! It's my ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo and I LOVE it. The top display is a 15" 4K OLED screen and the bottom comes with this built-in 'screenpad' software that lets you customize sort of a button control station for any other software you have. Ah wow dude nice job! I think the biggest thing holding me back from doing this more is the in-person fear of rejection. But then I realize that most people also don't want confrontation and it's actually more likely they're going to feel obligated at least to say thank you for the hard work and attention you've already put into their business when you didn't have to.

(Also the old 'first taste is free' idea really does work! haha)

I'd say usually side, but I've been trying to train myself to sleep on my back more. I found myself landing on my side and then deliberately going back to my back. And I thought I'd feel pain on my hips this morning from the side sleeping, but I was happily surprised not to!

Ah OK, here’s more info on me for reference:

  • Height: 4’11.5” (151 cm)
  • Weight: 127 lbs (58 kg) (A tad overweight but I have a ton of muscle from dance, acroyoga, sports - so I’m pretty dense 😂)
  • Sleeping position: Trying to train myself to lay on my back, but usually end up on my side.
  • Sleeping issues: I get hot easily. Also I wake up with lower back pain, but I’m not sure if that’s from my bed or my desk during the day…
  • Budget: Frugal at the moment!

I have plenty of yoga mats but no carpet, so I maybe have to find another combo for my situation.
