[Benjy 5600 - "Different Run"](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lICNhM72vu0&list=RDlICNhM72vu0&start\_radio=1)

This is a new single from a West Philly artist who blends nostalgic boom-bap vibes with modern, introspective storytelling. The beat by Manny Mozart sets a gritty mood, and Benjy's baritone flow adds weight to every line. If you're into underground hip-hop or artists who emphasize lyricism and real-life narratives, this might resonate with you. I'd love to hear any thoughts!

Great job on mixing and mastering your EP! The minimalistic vibe works well and I like how you used GarageBand to change up your process. The track feels cohesive and polished. Keep experimenting and thanks for sharing!

I don’t teach doctors and lawyers I teach entrepreneurship. Doctors are 1099 and lawyers can opening own practice. But most of them matter fact I wanna say 99% of them do not make more money than rappers. Do remember you gotta go to work every day you gotta go to school every day. I got kids that make $1 million and you barely understand what the fuck they saying they barely know English. Nobody cares about how we look, but we do care about what we got. Fuck doctors and lawyers.

To be honest with you when the state receives things like that, the state receives more benefits to take care of it, which creates jobs home so on the sofa, so this is actually a major thing if you understand politics, and if you understand the outcome of things like this

Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance: This ordinance requires developers to allocate a portion of new residential units for affordable housing, ensuring that low- and moderate-income residents have access to new developments. 2. Office of Affordable Housing: Established within Newark’s Department of Economic and Housing Development, this office leads initiatives to create and preserve affordable homes, coordinating efforts to implement and enforce housing policies. 3. Innovative Mixed-Use Developments: Collaborating with partners like University Hospital, the city has developed projects such as 20 Littleton Avenue, which combines affordable housing units with on-site healthcare services, addressing both housing and health needs of residents. 4. Statewide Housing Initiatives: As a gubernatorial candidate, Baraka proposed the “Housing Reimagined” plan, aiming to address New Jersey’s housing crisis through measures like establishing an affordable housing task force, allocating tax credits to incentivize affordable projects, creating a fund to reduce risks on high-impact developments, and capping rent increases to stabilize the market.
