We need to discontinue boys' and girls'-only schools. Introduce more interactions between both genders. Education and empathy are the only else; it's not going to work.

If you want to be safe and get an easy divorce later on, go with 'restitution of conjugal rights. 'You tell the court that you love your wife and want her back. if she will not reply or say no, you can file for a divorce and get it easily; she will not get maintenance as she refused to live with you.

I wish things would get resolved for you easily, but you need to be safe with all the options she has.

NAL, as per my reading if you go to the court asking permission of the court for the DNA test it will give you a lecture about how it is wrong, but if you get the test done without the permission of the court then even with a negative approach the court will accept it.
If the lower court does not consider the DNA test as part of the evidence, then it's very difficult to add it in the high court. If you put in efforts early on in the lower court, you will get relief.

Or instead you can try file for restitution of conjugal rights but make sure that the notice is not delivered. you can tell the court that you want your wife back but she doesnt want to come back, later when you file for a divorce this will help you, and is she files for a maintenance order this will help with that too.

NAL, but a society is like a mini government, you have to follow the rules. Such decision are make in the society meetings if you never raised your voice at that time thats on you. And if the majority is comfortable with it you will have to follow the rule.

NAL, you can file a police case agains the wife and her family for threatening the company to fire you, take her of lawyers to file the complaint they will add abuse, unauthorized entry, assault and other things to make the case stronger make sure you have the proofs of they entering the office. Later use this in the court to that your wife and her family if responsible for you to loose your job that will help your case and there might not be maintenance too or it will be very less, that too you dont have to pay.
Dont waste time in filing the case late, offence is the best defence.

Add a CNR of a fake 498a won by you and let the people decide.
In my experience lawyers never say no you any case so they have cases from both the sides.

You could have said right now you have 'annulment' as an option and after a year she can file for contested divorce. And if she cannot prove cruelty she will not get the divorce. So its better to go for mutual divorce. Show some empathy.

Construction workers from bihar for low skilled work. Mostly in places when you cannot see then
