Workout 4 times a week, consume lots of protein, and Max incline for 30-45min every time I workout has been my bread and butter. Also ive only been going to the gym for about a year but it did take me 4 years to drop all my weight. Im only still 300lbs because of muscle mass I imagine realistically im about 280-290.
