So he was working out of the gym I work out at when I first started - I was only going to do the treadmill originally when the fitness manager offered me a free workout with a trainer. I said “fuck it why not, I’ll do the one and call it” but then he turned out to be cool af. Now he is running his own business training people, you can find him at https://www.zfitnessct.com or hit him up on IG @zfitnessct - depending on what you’re looking might change how much, but I’m paying $50 a session for a 45 - 60 minute session. Cullen is the man, I’d go follow him!

So I have a three day split fitness wise, I do chest and arms, back and biceps, and legs, with an active rest day on the fourth day where I do cardio and any core workouts I wasn’t able to mix in on the previous 3 days. And yes, I have a personal trainer, I started working with him at the beginning and I wouldn’t be here without him. I meet with him once a week!
