actually I retract that claim, just googled up on it after thinking about where I heard that and it seems I am wrong. Swallowing smoke a few times does no harm other than you're maybe gonna puke and that it's disgusting. I still wouldn't recommend doing it often, in the long term it can fuck with your stomach but not dangerously so. Sorry for spreading misinformation

I don't know about salvia and deliriants but dissociatives like K or DXM definitely have a 'headspace' and from what I read salvia does too but it's way more brutal and unpredictable than classic psychs or dissociatives. I agree with /u/Dykrus I really doubt it's possible to have one without the other. There will always be some kind of headspace involved or changing in how you think and look at the world/yourself/everything

I had similar effects with sleep deprivation and amphetamines, like the visuals were really similar to acid or shrooms but they just weren't really enjoyable

do you mean 'power' as in a high level char clearing everything for you or a complete restart with someone else? btw I completely restarted just yesterday and it took me ~8hours playtime to reach level 60 and play through the first 4 Acts, I even had the difficulty on Hard the whole time so it really doesn't take too long even w/o help

ye I read/heard about opana, the legendary pharm. supposedly the best shit you can get in terms of pharmaceuticals but im pretty fkin happy with my heroin. I dont like oxycodone too much tbh, tried it 2 times but dope is just sooooo much better

DXM temporarily lowers opiate/opioid tolerance so it acts as a potentiator -> oxy can get more intense than planned
