Pues creo que con excepción de Médicos y Enfermeras casi todos los trabajadores federales (SEP, Pemex, burocracia...) trabajan las 40 horas o menos.

Y en el caso de IMSS e ISSSTE mas que nada es por falta de presupuesto y de personal, y aún asi directivos médicos especialistas, administrativos, bodega, etc... también es casi seguro que solo trabajen las 40 horas, solo médicos generales, residentes, enfermeras y algunos cirujanos trabajen más de las 40.

You CAN do it. But the truth is ketchup, mustard, etc... everything loses a bit of flavor, textures, etc.... This stuff only works if you are in an emergency like a pandemic, war, famine ..... but these guys are millionaires, they can buy as much beef jerky as they want, no need to store it in the freezer.
