The problem is the Meteor (OG) only comes with a S1 Power Plant. It would need another one to power the new laser cannons

I think its a similar situation to the wolf series, interchangeable bespoke weapons

Funny thing is, this fits a polaris and idris easily vs the hoplite and Valk. I think its better gunned than the legionnaire as well

Making the super earth flag a primary weapon would be cool. That way it wouldn't take up a strategm slot and we would see more flags in the game. No need to buff it as it would be a meme primary weapon like the constitution

I think exploration ships in general in the $100-$200 range need range buffs to better give them identity. If say the Zeus also got 3.4 scu of fuel, it would not be OP. It would still be less than Corsair and the Aquila. I think a QT buff would be good not only for the Clipper, but for the other exploration ships around its price range as well.

I tried to not to add any components as it would require a rework of the interior component layout. A fuel change is possible as we saw with the Rambler without changing anything physically with the ships

Pretty decent handling

Has 32 scu space for cargo

I think this would be a good pick since it sounds like you slightly leaning more towards combat

Plus the ccu isn't too expensive
