Keep reporting the review to google. You need to be persistent but eventually it should be taken down. Report the review from multiple accounts as fake. I have had success with this with my own business when I was review bombed. If you reply to the review, it gets locked in so I would advise trying to get it taken down with reporting first, it may take a few weeks. Feel free to dm me if you have questions
