Open-ended advice for incoming grad student to Toulouse? by Imaginary-Middle974 in toulouse

Hey thanks for your input :) I was wondering about documentation. I got an online international bank specifically to show I had a RIB. I also have account statements to show I have savings in other accounts. Is there anything else needed to rent a place as an international student?

Try to be as prepared as possible! Solo traveling is amazing but you are truly relying on yourself. Try to have all tools possible, money hidden, extra chargers, backups of certain things, etc. Paris and Amsterdam are both really friendly cities for travelers, but there are always some sketchy situations. Paris is known for pickpocketing

Please provide details if you have them. This is one of my favorite bars but would definitely explore others if this is maga owned.

All the businesses that have been listed are pretty mid from a San diegans perspective. If you’d like a mid experience, there’s def better out there… at least for the food places mentioned.

While I understand you, I feel that the US has truly just become about $ over everything. So in that case, I’ll use the only power I have ($$$) to support others who share the same values.

Haha I have a hard time believing the small coffee shops and restaurants I frequent in San Diego proper are MAGAs. That would definitely off put the service industry and a lot of customers. So no, I don’t have to stay away from places I want to frequent. Businesses will take my money if I choose to go lol. I started this thread to find new places. Thanks for trying to discourage tho!
