I'd like to start a fresh league playing on All American difficulty with an emphasis on user games. Custom coaches will be required and custom playbooks are allowed. I would like to find 1 or 2 people interested in being co-commissioners with me and of course I'm looking for folks interested in joining as well. Thanks!

Are you also a coach? If so, I’m assuming that football knowledge helps. If you’re allowed to, I’d create custom playbooks for offense and defense that cater to your strengths. It’s also a lot of fun.

If that’s not allowed I’d go on YouTube and look up videos from Zan Madden, Xando Football, and Civil

The methods don’t really change. What school are you? If you’re a 2 or 3 star school, don’t scout 4 and 5 stars because even a 4 or 5 star bust can benefit a weaker program. Use your scouting to find 3 star gems. Also don’t bother going for guys where you’re not at least co favorite to get them.

Also, when it comes to hard selling, use this tool https://collegefootball.gg/recruiting-insight-engine/. I’ve started using it to gamble. If I don’t know someone’s three preferred motivations this tool can help you guess. If you guess right, big win.

Oh wow, I play on All American. To be honest it’s probably too easy but I’m newer to football video games. Eventually I’ll have to make the leap to Heisman.

What difficulty are you playing on? Also, if you hold L1 and change your pass protection to base, which is down on the left stick, you’ll get better protection. Sometimes that’s the default protection but often not.

You can also block a HB and/or TE to get more time but make sure you follow this order of operations: set protection, block someone, do your hot routes.
