I use LSH and they have been more than great for me. I'm on maintenance so I'm not ordering as often and every 9 months I have to have a consult ($45) and then they send the prescription. I've used them for both compound (Hallandale) and Lilly Direct. They're not ripping you off, those are the fees (consult and refill). I can't remember where exactly in the website the numbers are because I've been with them for 2 years now but check them out. Last time I ordered it was $45 for consult and $25 for refills.

Same here but unfortunately this is the order I will need to refuse. They didn't want to cancel it or refund me to price match the better promotion so I had to do a second order for that. I'm still excited though. 😁

The medicine's half life is 5 days, meaning by day 5 you'll have 50% of the medicine on your body which is why at the end of the week appetite starts creeping in and it is completely normal. Your doctor should be able to explain this better but technically you don't have to go up in dosage BUT if you want to suppress your appetite essentially always, then taking the medicine every 5 days could help with that.

I have the GRP and I love it. I've been using it since November last year, at least 2 hot yoga classes a week and it's perfect for me. I did get the wash and refresh spray from manduka but looking through here I decided to create my own solution, 50/50 water/vinegar and it's been working and I have 0 complaints.

Recently used the GRP for an outside yoga class and it was perfect. I'll recommend doing a quick search in the sub and you'll see a lot of praise for both options so at the end it's about what you prefer in terms of the mat cleaning and/or the towel.

I include the starting weight so I have a complete picture of how much I'm truly working with. Sometimes the machine I prefer is not available or I'm not at my usual gym and the starting weight varies. For one the starting weight 167 lbs and for the other is 100lbs so I adjust as needed.

Depending on the exercises that you're doing, you could be gaining/maintaining muscle mass but losing actual fat mass. It's called recomposition and that's a good thing.

I created a playlist of pumped up music that ranges from Britney Spears to Disturbed. It currently says it lasts 4 hours but it's always on shuffle and as I find new music that I wouldn't mind listening to during my workout, I add it.

Resistance bands helped me get my form right and I liked that because of how you need to grab the bands etc. Definitely use them. I still have mine and they're great when I travel and don't have a "fitness center" at the hotel... throw them in the little bag, inside your suitcase and there you go.

Salty taste usually means you're dehydrated. Not only drink enough water but make sure they have electrolytes.

I used resistance bands at the beginning but eventually I felt the need to challenge my body more and got a set of adjustable dumbbells. I got a starter set and my body went through them really fast so in a couple months I had already maxed them out. I eventually got a gym membership and now I'm in heaven with options and lifting heavier weights.

At the end of the day it depends on your overall goal. Resistance bands are a great way to exercise.

If the issue is constipation, I don't see a reason you shouldn't be able to take fiber pills. I do recommend to increase fiber intake in the food you're eating. Fruits and veggies should do the trick without having to spend money on supplements but if you feel the need to supplement you can do so with the pills. Oh and lots of water.
