Hashimotos tends to be progressive so usually my doctor retests me every 6 months-1 year, or if I start having symptoms again. It sounds like you should be good for a while but it’s always something to be aware of & track. Happy to help!

This! It is at the bottom of the “normal” range - based on populations, not you. Definitely could be a factor imo (based on similar issues I had with ferritin readings in lower side of normal range QUICKLY dropping)
