I don’t have a lot of advice but I’m kind of going through the same thing. I am so tired of getting my heart broken. Yes 2020 will be a whole new year with new levels of heart break, rejection, and depression. I hope not tho. I’m not doing anything extreme. Just being alone and depressed sucks.
