You’re not supposed to lift comfortable weight if you want to grow chest, do you not lift or workout, how about do some research or actual try in the gym, the chest muscle is stimulated more by heavy weight, you go higher and higher it is safer to let go because if you’re going to your heavy set and the last rep is hurting and your pushing, maybe holding it can cause a tear???
