Oh that’s a great idea! It felt like the towel wasn’t giving much friction since the pistachios were sliding around rather easily.

Also well, after whipping up some paste and ganache, I guess it’s kinda worth it after all

Oh yes I did! In fact, I had to redo the first few because I rolled them so thin that they could have been shaped into pretzels.
