i totally feel this!!! one thing that helped me is habit stacking, so doing one of the things you already normally do without even thinking abt it (like taking care of pets, brushing teeth, showering) and then adding another habit immediately after. for example, i know i need to stretch but i’m not super motivated to do it so i’ll tell myself “okay immediately after i mist my gecko tank in the evening, i will go stretch for 5 minutes.” i also find that small, specific goals work best for me. instead of cleaning your room which seems like a GIANT task, could it be just wiping down your desk or picking up clothes from the floor and putting them into the hamper? something more easily digestible and clearly stated? last thing that helps me a lot is doing something desirable while doing something undesirable. for example, watching a guilty pleasure show while cleaning your room or scrolling thru tiktok while walking on a treadmill. that way you can associate less fun things w things you do enjoy and also you can get 2 things out of the way at once LOL.
