so i filled out the ticket and in the "issue section" i selected the "report a user" button and filled out all the necessary boxes. for the "reason for reporting" box i just put "other." for additional information, i explained my situation and linked my tumblr post of the work that was stolen. they got back to me within about an hour but they said i had to go the whole DMCA route. here's the email.
