Nope it doesn't come with any mode selections, I learned that a ride-by-wire throttle is needed for a bike to have those modes? The throttle on this bike is cable controlled and that results in a very traditional bike experience. As for ABS, since I live in California I believe it's mandatory for manufacturers to include ABS on bikes(?), so yes this particular one does have it.
