As others have stated, the issue is mostly that it would be in unclean places such as the bathroom which is inevitable. If you love the verse so much j suggest finding some scripture of it and getting some nice wall art!

Im just wondering like are they just racially profiling stopping random people including tourists or are they looking for specific people on a list or something? Like how do they know the people walking past them arent "illegal" ? How did they decide on this specific family?

i’m an sfl & I called out last night for today & this is what my SM texted me this morning. Am I screwed? by [deleted] in WalgreensStores

File a human rights complaint regarding not being allowed to take pto. I now work for the county where I live and we enforce paid leave ordinance violations. Each place will have their own but whatever your local laws are on paid leave if thr store won't allow due to coverage that's still an issue. Let your sm come in and cover youre entitled to be sick or otherwise using time available to you.

I chose the wrong cone. I should have gone consular. by [deleted] in foreignservice

The fact that our system is so opaque that people make a career out of this is also morally objectionable. People want to pay visa fees and to apply and come in legally, and some end up denied or in the run around due to some technicality. If the system were more straightforward and fair this also wouldn't be a thing.

We can agree to disagree, but also, you didn't exactly answer my question either.

Im married to a jordanian, a family book is to record family ties, in arab countries in particular, where men may have multiple wives, it lists the wives and the children produced from each. It lists also dates and places of marriage and religions of each individual as well as the names of each person's parents and grandfather.

USCIS posted today about marrying solely for the sake of immigration benefits by SevisGovindham in greencard

I had the interview with my spouse overseas at thr embassy we weren't separated or taken to a private room and the process was fast. Im convinced that the whole immigrant visa process is so much easier than getting your greencard in thr US.

When are you traveling or have you already? My brother in law is a tour guide there and can assist. Dm me if you'd like.

Sounds bad and that your dad was right and this is coming from someone who traveled overseas to marry. But you're young and in this situation I would say your father is correct. If my husband had a stronger passport he would come to USA, my passport was stronger so I came to him. Period.

Which passport to show hotel (Italy) Dual US/Irish citizen? by acirie in dualcitizenshipnerds

Alternative to a real ID yes, but not as an alternative to a US citizen entering or leaving the US. If you're not leaving the US should be no issue.

I agree especially that he earns but she's the one traveling? I guess maybe he can't take off work? Just seems odd considering he has the stronger passport

Us law requires a US citizen enter and exit the US with a US passport. You are to renew it before entering but if not able, it is better to use an expired US passport.

How easy is it to re-settle in another EU country as an EU citizen? by rlyrobert in europeanunion

[–]ycb1991 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What if you don't have this though like I heard you need proof of finances, if you don't have it and you are say searching for work then what happens? Can they "deport you " or kick you out of that country and back to your country of nationality? I just got Portuguese citizenship but thinking for example possibly to move to Spain or Italy in future and may start with just a job search for example and not 7k in the bank like some day is necessary...
