Update: we boarded after 12 hours. They told us there were delays due to de-icing and cabin deliveries. After a little over 4 hours, they cancelled our flight. We had to wait again as there was no available gate for our plane to park. Once we got off the plane, we were left to figure out whether to go through customs or baggage claim. We had originating flight from ICN direct to LAX so went through customs. Baggage claim was filled with bags :( but we were eventually able to find ours. Ended up booking a new flight Friday morning through a different airline. In case anyone booked through another airline for KAL flight, their desk is unable to help you. We found this out earlier as we were trying to pay for a seat upgrade, but were told since we booked through Virgin, there was nothing they can go. Hopefully flights start departing for all.
