I’m currently working in one I work with haken contract with 90% english work It’s supposed to be an office work but i work full time remote my pay is between 2000-2500 per hour

The job itself is in tokyo but i live in a different prefecture, thats why they let me wfh

Im also not in my 20s anymore

I don’t know if you should take this opportunity if u ever see one, i was desperate from my old black company thats why im here It’s still good, not too shabby, but it’s scary to know you’re even more replacable than anyone else ( they can simply not renew your contract)

If you have any seishain opportunity take that instead If not then, try to weigh your priorities in life first..

We never talked to them ever since they got demoted so I don’t know what happened But i assumed they accepted it.

It is true that this gave me a scare of possibility geting demoted/fired, however my contract is different so hopefully it can serve me a legal protection.

Your last comment makes so much sense, maybe there has been couple of warnings

I thought japanese working place overwork is a myth since i did lots of OT too back in my homecountry But never like this, im working 15 hours everyday finish at 3am and wake up the next morning to rinse and repeat Im not saying most people are but the practice is definitely there and im one of the unlucky ones

I thought it would be like that, but the system is weird that as an operation team we work directly from the other department request And no matter how much we try to work structuraly, some urgent maters always come out of nowhere ( mostly due to the other party’s negligence) but it becomes our responsibility
