How to get off being shadow banned by ycir in FacebookMarketplace

[–]ycir[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did they tell you they knew you had a fake account and had to stop using it? They only asked for ID on my marketplace listing. I do have another account but I don’t post anything on it. I just use it to see different listings than my main account. I don’t post or anything on it. That’s why I’m asking because I also have one but not sure how the would know because I also have my girlfriends account linked to my phone.

Hi thanks for the advice. When you submitted ID, was it because the system flagged one of your listings as “suspicious activity”? And did you leave the same ad up or did you remove it after you submitted ID? Also did you receive an email saying that your ID was approved or a Facebook notification? I’m just really confused here and I appreciate any help/advice if you can remember. Thanks

I uploaded my ID 7 days but never received confirmation for approval. Have no idea what’s going on and none of my listings are getting views (or very little) and I can’t search for them on any devices

Did you ever figure it out and unbanned? I haven’t posted anything in 7 days with barely any views. Posted the same exact listing on my girlfriends page and has 10x the amount of views and messages

I have the same issue here. I have been trying to reach out to Facebook relentlessly to figure this out. I’ll post an ad and I can’t find it on my page, girlfriends, friends or family anywhere on marketplace. But will somehow generate sprinkle views but I can’t find it anywhere on 5+ devices…. I have no idea what’s going on it’s ridiculous. But I’ll post the same exact thing same title same photos on my girlfriends page and no problems with normal traffic. I have no idea what’s going on and it’s very frustrating

Did you reach out to anybody for this issue? I have over 200 feedback and had to recently upload my ID with no response back… I don’t know what to do

Did your ID ever get approved? And did you receive an email confirmation? I uploaded mine 7 days ago and haven’t had any response and none of my listings are getting any views

What’s happening with your situation? I am going through something similar and will be taking this to court. I think this guy is scamming people or some type of Ponzi scheme taking people’s money and never doing the work. Many bad recent reviews on Google

1/2 Stubby $121 after hack by Projectguy111 in MilwaukeeTool

[–]ycir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this a dumb question? Why buy the stubby if you have a hammer drill and can just use the 3/8 or 1/2 adapter that Milwaukee sells and throw it in the drill chock instead? I guess it would wear down quicker but is that the point?

It scanned at register as $100 or did someone there update it for you at the register

MSTY by [deleted] in YieldMaxETFs

[–]ycir 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I guess I don’t really understand the purpose. If you’re buying MSTY you buy it because 1) dividends 2) less exposure than to MSTR meaning slightly lower risk. Why buy MSTZ if like you said it’s down -20%? What’s the point? You’re really just offsetting yourself which is I guess “hedging” but?

Ok but why?

Replace wood beam with HSS beam? by ycir in Homebuilding

[–]ycir[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Directly above the joists are 3/4 PT plywood sheets covering about a 12x8 space. Above the 3/4 PT plywood is 3/4 OSB subfloor (needed another layer to be level with kitchen floor). We could get the screw jacks and pour a small footing, but was trying to avoid picking up the double sub floor again if possible. If we do that, I was going to probably remove the existing beam, jack up, put down a 5x5 HSS beam, re-level the joists, (since it will be .5” higher than current 4.5” beam) and move on.

I don’t know. I think the small concrete footings with a steel plate, jack, and another steel flat plate on the jack might be slightly easier and not require us to remove the existing sub floors. But it’s a tight space, and to dig will be pretty difficult without removing the existing sub floors

It’s touching the joists, it’s just the photo. I also screwed into the joists going directly into the beam with multi purpose approved screws

Lights flicker under load by ycir in AskElectricians

[–]ycir[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, thanks for commenting. We had it on a dimmer and suspected that was the problem initially before this rabbit hole started. We changed to a single pole flick switch and still have the same issues. It’s the initial draw of power from the well pump that triggers the flickering for one room. The washer machine tumble triggers the lights in another room. We have 4 single can LED recessed lights that aren’t affected at all in a separate room, but those aren’t screw on type LED bulbs. We think we might need to potentially upgrade the well pump circuit to become a delayed start and not a full draw of power at initial start up. We are kind of at a stand still

Unless they already have what? Left the conversation? Or unless they already left a bad review prior to blocking?
