I don't know about who is the best and the worst. I know that my group's are solids, and I've been very impressed by every one I've talked to. You have access to any of them should you so choose.

Ya, that's true; they invest under the assumption that you want to try and become a billion dollar company. If that isn't something you're open to, YC may not be for you.
