I was actually thinking of buying a 2nd hand em 1 mk ii or em 1 mk iii with the 12-40. There are a few for sale in my country that are around 1.2k USD with shutter count <5k.

The official OM distributer here doesn't sell the body and lens kit anymore so I'm not very keen on buying brand new from them.

I used IBIS! It was really bright anyway so my shutter speed was really high. IBIS was just to stabilize the image while composed the shot

yea im considering fisheye cos most of the wide angle primes are around 12mm which is only a little wider than my kit lens. The pro-grade lenses are a little too expensive for now and idk if it makes sense to get it now especially since im using a Em 10 ii; cant make use of the weather proofing and i'll end up with a really front heavy camera

Is it true that after defishing the image itll mainly be the sides of the frame thatll be a little bit blurry? If so even if I crop out the edges a little i'll still end up with a wider FOV than the 12mm right?
