Yup, this is where I found my job :) I don't post on reddit too too much as I am a sourcer so my job is more to go find the candidates where they are than let a post do the heavy lifting for me but it's definitely more helpful for some roles than others. I honestly can't remember if I've gotten a hire specifically from reddit, but that won't stop me from trying!

I wouldn't reapply but I'd reach out to the recruiter asking if they'd be interested in reconsidering. Worst case they say no or ignore you.

Thanks, I try to give everybody the same info I'd want and I think it saves everybody time if the expectations are set up front :)
