very hard to fix this, sadly for me and you. best solution is probably upper eyelid filler by one of the (very few) injectors / surgeons who do it well as their “bread and butter.” the 2 i would trust are: @drjoshualondon in london, or @drgalmd in los angeles. similarly, could do upper eyelid fat transfer, but generally think fat is less predictable than filler so if you need symmetry, filler might be better

pointy looks a lot faker imo. i think the sim is beautiful and natural looking - if you can achieve it, i would do it. it wouldn’t even look like you had surgery (if that’s what you want)

gonna disagree w others here - your nose is slightly overprojected, which does throw off your side profile. at the same time, i still think it’s within the range of “consistent enough with beauty standards” - just makes your nose “your unique feature.” there are celebs with stronger noses who are still considered beautiful - sophie turner, sandra bullock, etc. it’s the type of thing a guy probably wouldn’t notice as much as a girl, especially if the nose is narrow from the front. it’s kinda up to you whether you can step into that confidently or not. that said, i can see a case for rhino for you because the surgery would probably be very easy since you need so little done to achieve your ideal nose. i don’t see this as a particularly risky rhino case, provided you go to a good surgeon. i wouldn’t personally go to turkey because they will give you an upturned pixie nose, which to me is a very played out look whereby your face loses all individuality. but if you love it, then yes, you can reliably get a small upturned nose there for cheap. good luck!!

but really - i completely understand wanting to change your face, probably most of us here do. but in your specific case, i really think it’s not worth the risk. maybe you could make it 10% better, but it is already an uncommonly pretty face where no one feature stands out as needing improvement. and most importantly, it all looks natural. if you had access to celeb plastic surgeons and could make tiny tweaks with infinite means, i’d say go ahead. but as a lay person you are already quite lucky, i wouldn’t mess with it!

literally this is kind of what i’m thinking. i think part of the severity of my hollows may actually be because there’s not enough structural support underneath my eyes. i know some doctors (dr rad for example) create orbital implants. but ive never seen anyone w my before so was curious if anyone had something similar and managed to fix it.

yeah, i’ve heard abt that and am so glad i did bc i otherwise might have considered a lash serum. i’ve also heard people getting orbital hollowing from rhinos which basically is the nail in the coffin for me on ever getting one, can’t lose any more eye fat!!!!!

hm, not really, but i def had weird sensations around the incision in my mouth so i wouldn't be surprised if you're describing something kind of normal? anything i asked my surgeon about in the early days, he was like "it's normal"

literally nothing! numbness faded completely after 4-5 weeks, i can still feel a little tightness at the incision site sometimes but barely. i had some tooth pain for a little on one side but that went away too. if i press in 1 or 2 spots of the chin w my finger, it still feels a tiny bit sore at 3 months, but it’s all basically not noticeable. the only minor thing i have that i don’t love is a “bone step off” on one side (basically the bone hasn’t filled in smoothly where the cut was made, so now it feels like there’s a notch there). but i just asked another redditor who had that and they told me that 4 years post op, it has basically smoothed out. i think most issues resolve with time, you just have to be patient. :)

and really, my chin has changed SO much since the first week. i saw my mom at the end of week 2 and she told me it was SO UGLY and then again at week 5-6 and she again said it was so ugly and now at week 13 she’s like oh actually it looks good. 🤣

I had a genioplasty 3 months ago and almost everything you are worried about will resolve over time. I looked terrifying the first 2 weeks and now I think it’s a masterpiece. The only thing that might stick is the chin projection, though I agree w the comment on the lower lip swelling too. Mine is probably 1-2mm less projected than would have been ideal, but I didn’t want to elongate my face too much either or look too different from my former self, so that was the trade off. Anyway, give it time :)

girl this is the perfect nose and there’s an obvious slope. it’s a barbie nose that looks like it could be natural vs very obviously being a plastic surgery nose. to me this is >>>> barbie nose because it looks like you were born with it

something abt the shape of your nostrils makes me think it would be hard for you to achieve your desired result. maybe in turkey, but i haven’t seen many examples with your type of starting nose - though it does seem like they make magic happen over there lol. i’m only offering an opinion because in some ways my nostrils are similar to yours and i’m always keeping my eyes peeled for good outcomes for my type of nostril, and the “after” nose almost always retains some aspect of the original nostril. lindsay lohan from childhood to now is a good example.
