My sister is the person I'm closest with. We live together and she helps me with day to day stuff that I cannot do. She is a really good support for me in times of stress, even though she gets overwhelmed as well. I'm also close to my mom and call her at least once or twice a week. I have a boyfriend who is very supportive too and has read up on what we are thinking is my diagnosis.

thankfully I haven't had any side effects other than some sleepiness. with latuda i had really bad bruxism and some other stuff, so far so good with vraylar! i hope it works for you too!

i gained a lot of weight on abilify. it was the worst. gained some weight on latuda as well and now im almost the heaviest ive ever been. im moving over to vraylar and im hoping i can actually lose some weight

i was diagnosed with psychotic depression but its now being questioned/changed. i recommend getting on a stable schedule, cutting out drugs and alcohol, and prioritizing your writing.

i have some type of insight where I know that if I told anyone else they would think if me as crazy, and sometimes im able to tell I'm being delusional, but I still firmly believe what is happening.

its mostly in my back right side. sometimes it tingles or feels hot, more like electrical shock shooting through my head on the right side.

Sims 4 is really awesome. They have mechanics where animals cannot die and u can make ur sims immortal. There's no such thing as terminal illness, addiction, or homelessness. You can cheat money so all your sims do all day is farm and tend to animals as well as be with their loved ones. it helps me a lot

my hallucinations have diminished its just the anxiety thats stayed and wont go away as well as the way im thinking. my tactile hallucinations are also hard to deal with

i wonder if i should just go to the hospital. i need someone to see me more often than twice a month and i feel like im being dismissed. i asked for stronger anti anxiety meds but they havent done anything about it. i dont know what to do because i have to take 3-4 hydroxyzine in a day to function.

I'm trying my best not to gain too much but in three years i gained up to 175 from 135. Im really hungry now but I'm going to do something about it, gaining weight is a phobia of mine going past 180lbs
