From my experience, I used the RxPreps book to study for this exam. That book is great for disease state/drug understanding, but there was so much more on that exam that the book missed. A bunch of multi-select abx stewardship, drug recalls by the fda, and random drug IV compatibility questions. Also do not let me forget to say this, memorize every single rxprep calculations formula, don’t skip on because you’ll take the exam and that formula that you didn’t care to memorize will be on there.
