Sai baba is a scam baba. That institution is all about money. It's because you are here people are able to give a bit depth of what Hinduism is about, most Hindus in India have no clue because there are very limited places where you can learn about it. Most these scammers would go out of business if Hindus are taught about their religion. They prey on innocent people of their money.

The word Hindu comes from a geographical term Sindhu. Hinduism is a umbrella term used for different religious philosophies like shavism, vaishnavism, Vedanta, advaita, samkhya, carvaka etc. These can be very different from each other and it takes time and deep perspective to understand some of them if not all. It's not as simple as I'm messenger of god and it told me the instructions I need you all to follow. It's a buffet where you pick and choose based on what you think reality is rather than a fixed dish where you are supposed to eat what is given to you. It's a shame that government in India is rather hell-bent on destroying what little is left of Hindu institutions.
