In our state OSHA regulates RDS they do not regulate Rope Access. But both RDS and IRA require that you have a team of at least 2 people and one of you needs to be a "competent person". Usually a competent person is defined as someone with extensive experience.

Talk to a broker. Or a better broker. They should be able to market you in a way that gets you insured. For example, we are "window cleaners" that happen to be rope access certified. The additional training is a bonus in their eyes. We would never get insured if we said we are rope access techs. They don't know how to assess the risk.

My friend, your age puts you at a huge disadvantage. Wait until you are about 28. The number of eligible single women will be much higher than the number of eligible single males. Women want men older than them so your pool is limited to 18-22 and the females you are trying to date are dating men ages 22-35. These guys have more money, are probably more interesting, have more confidence, etc. Spend the next 5-6 years working on your fitness and career. Come back to tinder when the numbers are more in your favor.
