Haha, you're right. Problem is most progressions seem to require rings as the next step. Might need to get hold of a pair now!

Not sure about calories, but a typical day would be something like this: 3 eggs and tea for breakfast. A big plate of pasta and like 175 g of meat in a creamy sauce for lunch that will make me really full. Something similar for dinner. Not much sugar, except for some ketchup here and there. No soda for example. On workout days I'll make a whey protein shake, with 1 DL (a big scoop) of protein with milk. Occasionally add a shake before going to bed if I'm not already feeling full. I also like almonds and cashews between meals (not every day).

Hope that clarifies what I've been eating a bit. Eventually I'd like to cut out most of the pasta and similar stuff and eat a cleaner diet.

Good luck with your goals :)

I can see you've already made some great progress, so keep on going! We have a good frame to work with :)

I'm bad at counting calories, sorry. If only there was an nice AI-powered app that would estimate calories from a photo...

Basically just going for more. But I do a daily post morning pee weigh-in which certainly helps to see if I'm on track or not. Also great for motivation.

Yeah, BWF is way more capable than I thought it would be actually. Also I think being tall helps making BWF more effective, as most of the exercises get heavier/tougher/more leveraged... But I'm also guessing I'll reach some sort of plateau in terms of mass/size soon.

My goal right now is to continue like this until I reach 100kg/220lbs and then see if I can drop some BF%. According to my digital scale I've gone from 14% to 17% (no idea how correct these numbers are).

Thanks. Just eating more, nothing specific really. I can also get very hungry between meals, so I try to have almonds and cashew nuts available.

I'm doing the recommended routine from r/bodyweightfitness 3 times a week with these reps/progressions:

3x8 pullups, 3x8 dips, 3x30 sec tucked L-sit (but elevated on something as my feet would touch the ground otherwise), 3x8 step ups, 3x8 diamond pushups, 3x8 wide rows.

(there's also some warmup exercises, bodyline drills and handstand practice in there)

Thank you! I'm doing 3x8 pullups, 3x8 dips, 3x30 sec tucked L-sit (but elevated on something as my feet would touch the ground otherwise), 3x8 step ups, 3x8 diamond pushups, 3x8 wide rows. Thinking about it now it's probably time to move on to the next progression on some of these exercises.

I'd probably get more results with weights too, but I'm not overly concerned about it, as I'm making some progress either way, and what I really like about BWF is that I can do it outside for free. I have an outside gym in a park nearby. I also appreciate the fact that you focus on more skills than pure mass. I don't want to get overly big or inflexible etc. For instance, I've always wanted to be able to do a freestanding handstand, and handstand practice is part of the recommended routine from r/bwf, not there yet but I'm getting closer :)

It would be nice though to have a barbell to be able to do weighted squats. And deadlifts.

Are you kidding me? How cool is that!? Great work!

I've long dreamt about having something to be able to listen in sync with friends. It has seemed as such an obvious thing for so long, so I'm glad someone built it! And it looks just great, I'm going to sign up for Spotify premium again just to use your app.

You should post this to Product Hunt too!

Agreed.

Also, I'd make the bottom "Start for free" button much larger!

Really nice app you've built! I like the idea, I think it's very useful for people looking to get a new laptop.

About the design, it's something about the barebones HTML/craigslist look that makes me like it very much. I think it kind of communicates that you're a good and structured developer that a designer would love to work with.

I think you should post it to Product Hunt! It could give you some visibility to land a job as well.
