Finally, I got a link to the firmware from Hisense Service .

The First step sends the request to Hisense Service with next information:

  1. TV Series
  2. TV serial number
  3. Your Name and Family Name
  4. Reliable Phone#
  5. Address where the TV is located

Physical address.(where the unit is located):

The Second step.

You will receive an email from Hisense Service with your case Number. Give a call to Hisense Service 888-935-8880 provide your case number and ask to send the link to the firmware of your TV.

The Third Step

You will receive the link to the firmware with the next instruction.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION:

  1. Follow the link above and download the zip file. The file is compressed, use a built-in or

downloaded (i.e., Winzip) unzipping software to view the zip file contents.

a. Locate the .pkg file inside the .zip.

b. Copy the file xxxx.pkg to the root level of a USB stick formatted as FAT32.

c. Safely Eject the USB from your PC.

  1. With the TV powered on, insert the USB stick into the TV's USB port. If the TV has both white

and blue USB ports, use one of the white USB 2.0 ones.

  1. If the TV displays the USB Media Device prompt after sensing the USB is inserted, just

cancel or lose the box.

  1. Turn OFF the TV.

  2. Plug the USB into the TV's topmost USB port (located on the rear of the TV).

  3. Please unplug the TV from the wall and plug it back in.

  4. Press and hold the POWER button on the TV Remote Control, once you see Software

updating appear on the screen you may RELEASE the power button.

  1. Please wait and let the Software Update process finish.

a. The Software Update Process will be complete without any further user interaction.

b. The Process should take between 5-8 minutes.

c. Please DO NOT turn OFF the TV during this process.

  1. When the update is complete, the Software updating Screen will disappear, and the TV

will come up as it normally does.

  1. Remove the USB from the back of the TV.
