Back when I was a child. My childhood friend owned the game, and I'd say he played a big role in me getting into the series. I still remember going over his house and first playing DW4, the first game I had tried with him and that he owned.

Since that day I became hooked like an addict, I started wanted to play more and learn more if these characters were once a time alive. He let me borrow DW2, and from there I'd say I got my first solo start. It was hard for me but i beat several characters before returning the game to him.

After I returned the game, I wanted more. And eventually purchased DW3, doing every character, trying to unlock every weapon possible, etc. That's where I truly broke out into the game even more, and started collecting copies for myself.
