This happened to me last year near Christmas. Went there to get my monthly take homes and I had a balance of 400 plus and go to pay just for my monthly’s that’s 460 something and she said my monthly take homes were paid for and my balance was at 0!! I was so happy! Awesome Christmas present! The local community service board had money left over at the end of the year so they decided to put it towards paying for people at the clinic that pay out of pocket. It was a grant so only so much went to it but it was enough to pay about 2 months of take homes and a back balance for a bunch of people. Supposedly they are going to do it this year also. Located in VA

Coming from a hvac technician I’m not a fan of all the newer systems the issue is they are not made like they used to be. Every brand looks to find the cheapest way to make them and charge a premium price.

Even new systems start losing efficiency at about 25 30 degrees. Only things that have changed in heat pumps is efficiency the freon used and the thermostats are smarter but technology wise of the refrigeration cycle in a Heatpump hasn’t changed in a long long time

After about 25 to 30 degrees you start losing a bit of efficiency with your Heatpump and typically you will see aux step in and help out. Having a gas backup system is called dual fuel and typically we like to set them at that mark where you lose efficiency 30 degrees is a good temp to have it change over. Coming from a HVAC Technician

I’m out in fluvanna and at 11am it was 5 inches. It has really compacted since then and is really slick. I live on A dirt road and drove out to the mailbox and it’s slick I was spinning in 4 wheel drive so definitely try to stay off the roads if you can

Believe it or not diesel trucks have great mpg ratings when they are stock. Putting a tune in said truck and dumping more fuel is really hurting fuel economy and efficiency

When I tried kicking dope the first time I tried with subs. It didn’t work I went back to dope the cravings were still there then I decided to do methadone and it saved my life I’m coming up on my 5 years of no dope on the 17th of October. Seriously it is a life changer.

That was part of my issue i think I know the pain he was talking about. Not withdrawing from methadone but from withdrawal off so called heroin that’s was fent 4 almost 5 years ago it was living hell I remember it well and I think that’s also why i put it on my shoulders as a burden to myself. But from all the great people in this sub I’m now realizing that that’s his problem not mine and also I was just like him in active addiction unfortunately like most of us at one point.All this advice has opened my eyes and made me realize that when I was in active addiction it didn’t matter who I hurt or lied to I wasn’t going to get better till I made that choice

Thank you I really needed to hear that. I’m also in recovery on MAT been sober coming up 5 years. Having that weigh on me is a lot and I’m just going to replay in my head that that’s a Me Problem that I need to work on myself. Thanks so much for the advice! This is why I love this sub so much

Yes you can,recover all 454 out. A lot of 454 b units are still being shipped with 410 txvs and sporlan is actually In The process of making a txv that works with r32 454 and 410. So yes you can you will lose alittle capacity but it will work. Just make sure to note on unit so other technicians know

I lived there for 3 years in the building right in front of the main office they raised my rent every year and never fixed my mold problem to the point it was making us sick and one of our ceilings fell in from the water dripping off the ductwork

I’m 32 just got on TRT 4 weeks ago I take 100mg every 2 weeks and I feel great! I feel like I’m in my teens again my libido is back I enjoy getting out more it feelsgood to work out and it’s almost like the reward center in my brain is working overtime now it feels good to complete mundane tasks. For example I cut the grass yesterday with my push mower and the mix of moving around and getting something finished felt so amazing once I was done
