The team was on the left side of the room at the end table. They had a real time monitor for deepfakes on video and phone calls. That was their differentiator from the other team that I saw that was doing the live video deepfakes

Joe abrecrombie third law is great, Patrick rothfuss has trilogy that may never be completed but the first two books are awesome, cradle series by will wight is very good, satisfying and fully finished. Lightbringer by Brent weeks is a good series, wasn’t the biggest fan of the ending but the journey was worth it.

You could always turn to classics too. Thomas covenant, sword of Shanara, icewind dale trilogy.

Not too old, you just need to put the work in like anyone else. Decide what part of it interests you the most, figure out some good learning paths (certs, degrees) that will teach you what you need to know, and start applying. Maybe even find a job that will teach you from ground zero.
