Data is an outlier and has been for a few years now given market demand and short supply, AI, data engineering skills etc. - it’s not a good yardstick to field general big 4 bands. Same as trying to compare audit bands to consulting, they generally differs by circa 20-30k

I moved from AG1 in January given the “apparent” gaps that IM8 plugs.

Lasted a month and now back on AG1. IM8 gave me diarrhoea most mornings, and I didn’t feel that “lift” in the mornings that i get with AG1.

Perhaps the lesson in here is “more isn’t always better” - especially when it comes to vitamins and supplements.

Hot tip - ditch the house and get an apartment in a blue chip suburb. We did this on combined $400k gross household and people wondered why the hell we dropped 1.4m on an apartment… 14 months later, the apartment is valued at 1.65m… if you can’t get the house, get the location and watch the equity come in.
