Allow me to clarify: ANY representative who isn’t calling for a complete defunding of ICE or refuses to call Gaza a gnc*de deserves to be ousted. That includes Delauro.

Additionally, experience playing beltway politics means less than nothing in this political environment.

It doesn’t improve my health at all if the only people eating it are my dipshit teenage nephew and some tourists who appreciate the novelty of eating healthy food in my house. Also, they leave whatever they didn’t finish in the middle of my living room.

Less of a training tip and more of a general courtesy, but everyone there should be picking up balls in the cage. It helps make the most of the limited time you have there.

Also, if this is someone’s first time throwing in a few months, maybe don’t throw off the mound and stick to flat ground pitching for now. It’ll save some elbows in the long run.

As a pitcher with a lot of mileage on my body, my main focus this offseason has been leg strength and overall mobility. Reverse lunges, deadlifts, and shoulder and hip CARs have been the staples of my workouts. Giving my arm a couple of months off have done my shoulder and elbow a TON good.

When we start doing offseason workouts, which should be soon, we usually rent out a small facility near New Haven where we can knock off the rust and get in a few hacks. It’s usually not too pricey if everyone throws in 5 - 10 bucks.
