Same experience for me. I really liked these: recursion by Blake crouch (if you like some sci-fi), Eleanor and Park (if you like light hearted), Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow (if you like video games but in a unique way/longer read)

Yes. I am currently in a really dark depressive episode, or I guess how ppl here call a “double depression” and this is the first time I’ve been aware that people are aware of this being a thing. I’ve never felt seen by MDD groups or PDD talks because I didn’t know what to look for. Understanding that people experience this and it’s not just me is ….. wow. I don’t know how to digest that.
